  • Partner with key operational departments as internal and external consultant to build and cultivate relationships to support the development of compliant processes.

  • Create coaching element to final practicum recruiting and managing community leaders to enhance final work product.

    HIGHER EDUCATION

     
  • Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate and graduate curriculum in business, nonprofit, and leadership degree programs as adjunct and full-time faculty.

  • Provide counsel on all legal matters to campus leaders including President’s Office, Diversity/Equity, Title IX, Human Resources, and Student Affairs.

  • Lead graduate-level nonprofit program, including strategic redesign of program with advisory committee, marketing of program locally/nationally, recruiting and retaining students, and engaging program alumni.

  • Provide legal and risk management counsel to higher education leaders across the country.

  • Develop and deliver customized training to faculty, staff, and students to avoid potential legal liability.

  • Implement campus-wide Title IX compliance plan including developing structure, job descriptions, policies and procedures, and annual review of Title IX initiatives.

  • Lead compliance initiatives as internal and external consultant to support development and implementation of compliant processes.

  • Deliver national conference presentations as expert on topics including anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, bullying, conscious and unconscious bias, special topics for post-conflict societies, and valid on-campus investigation techniques.
